The remaster of the original 10' game definitely has a dozen old fans that new ones will eagerly join. The main character, Sam Gideon, is a superman in a super suit, protecting the city of San Francisco from an invasion of robots. The enemy has invaded the orbital station, and you can only imagine how many of them the hero will have to deal with. Being in the setting of the Vanquish game, the player gets the impression that everything around them is covered with armor, but this does not scare your hero in any way. Clad in armor that essentially transforms Gideon into a robot, it allows him to glide across surfaces between robots and deal devastating blows to them in seconds. Throughout the gameplay, the players will not have a single minute without action or movement, but such a rhythm only invigorates the spirit. You will not find places for shelters as such because you still beat off the ubiquitous robots that appear in different forms, and there are many of them. From time to time, your suit will overheat (and for a good reason) and go off charge, so you need to keep an eye on these indicators. A missed shot from certain enemies, and you will be sent back to the checkpoint. Besides, you need to dodge bullets whistling past here and there, although these moments look especially spectacular thanks to the slow-motion effect. Your opponents look like giant intellectually assembled pieces of iron that, at first glance, seem impenetrable. It's good that the arsenal of weapons helps deal with ordinary soldiers and quickly move on to find the weak points of super bosses. Each of them has a response to your attacks so that players can enjoy the balanced elements of shooter and combat. So, prevent the total takeover of San Francisco and, theoretically, New York, but don't forget that you only have a few hours to spare.
